Infringement in France and abroad

• Consultation, development and implementation of pre-litigation strategies
• Claim and notice letters, response to claims of third parties
• Assistance and advice in litigation (infringement in France and abroad, ownership of inventions or patents, inventions of employees, etc.)
• Preparation of technical and legal arguments for litigation in France and abroad (infringement and unfair competition)
• Preparation and participation in reporting operations and in the French saisie-contrefaçon measure in France
• Monitoring, seizure and retention by customs

Validity – revocation / cancellation of Intellectual property titles

• Drafting and filing oppositions and appeals against European patents before the European Patent Office, representing you and carrying out procedures with that Office (both as petitioners and defendants)
• Drafting and filing applications for revocation of rights or for a declaration of invalidity of trademarks before the EUIPO
• Carrying out proceedings before the IP Offices, if necessary with the support of our foreign associates (applications for invalidation in China, re-examination in the USA …)
• Preparation of files and drafting of technical and legal arguments for litigation in France (in collaboration with lawyers) and abroad (in collaboration with our local Associates)
